Dogominium Master Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General

Q: What does "Dogominium" mean?

Luxury Dog Lifestyle.

But it’s more than a phrase — it’s a belief, a devotion, and a way of honoring the bond you share with your dog.

Dogominium is built on the truth every dog owner knows in their heart:
your dog gives you the best parts of themselves, every single day.
Their loyalty, their joy, their quiet companionship, their devotion that never wavers — it’s all offered freely, without condition.

We created Dogominium so you can give some of that love back.

Every product, every design, every curated collection is meant to elevate your dog’s world in a way that reflects how deeply they matter to you. Warmth, comfort, beauty, safety — not as luxuries, but as expressions of gratitude for the love they pour into your life.

And here’s the secret most people won’t say out loud: Dogominium isn’t just a treat for your dog. It’s a treat for you too.

These pieces enrich your home, your environment, your daily routines. They bring calm, beauty, and intention into the spaces you share. They make your home feel more like the sanctuary it becomes when your dog is in it.

Dogominium is where devotion meets design.
Where your dog’s comfort meets your aesthetic.
Where the love you give and the love you receive finally meet in the middle.

That’s the heart of the Luxury Dog Lifestyle

Executive Estate Kennels — Overview

Q: What is the Dogominium Executive Estate, and what makes it different from standard dog kennels?

A: The Dogominium Executive Estate is our flagship line of hand-crafted, architectural-grade dog kennels designed for discerning pet owners who refuse to compromise on quality. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, each Executive Estate is built from premium materials — including treated hardwoods, powder-coated steel, and climate-rated insulation — and is assembled by skilled craftsmen with decades of experience. The result is a structure that is as beautiful as it is functional, designed to serve your dog in comfort and style for decades.

Q: What sizes are available for the Executive Estate?

A: Executive Estate kennels are available in a range of configurations to accommodate single dogs, multiple dogs, or full breeding operations. Standard interior dimensions range from 4×6 ft for companion suites up to 12×24 ft for multi-run estate complexes. Custom sizing is available — our design team will work with you to create the ideal footprint for your property and your pets.

Q: What materials are used in the construction of Executive Estate kennels?

A: Executive Estate kennels are constructed with residential grade materials. They are like a mini home. Duratemp, L-P Smartsiding, or Pine Board & Batten Siding come on the base model with 30-year architectural shingles. Upgrades to a metal roof and siding are options. R-11 insulation is provided in the traditional model or an upgrade to R-13 in the elite model is available. Flooring starts with the 5/8" LP Flooring with a 10 year warranty. The finish is polyurea flooring with core benefits being:

  • 100% Non-Porous Hygiene: Creates a continuous, seamless surface without grout lines or pores. It completely prevents urine, water, feces, and bacteria from soaking into the concrete substrate, eliminating lingering odors and disease buildup.
  • Chemical & Waste Resistance: Highly resistant to uric acid, ammonia, animal waste, and harsh enzymatic disinfectants or bleach used in daily sanitization.
  • Superior Flexibility & Impact Resistance: Polyurea is up to 4x more flexible than traditional epoxy. It bends slightly under thermal expansion or impact, meaning animal claws, heavy equipment, and dropped cages won't chip or crack the surface.

Interior is finished in PVC Trusscore and Exterior run walls have an option to cover in FRP Glassboard.

Trusscore PVC

  • Biosecurity & Hygiene: The smooth, non-porous surface of PVC prevents manure, urine, and moisture from soaking into walls. It eliminates porous breeding grounds for bacteria, mold, fungi, and viruses, helping prevent disease outbreaks.
  • High-Pressure Washable: Facilities require frequent sanitation. Trusscore handles continuous power-washing and harsh disinfectants, detergents, or bleach solutions without warping, peeling, or degrading.
  • Impact & Structural Resistance: Trusscore features an internal truss design sandwiched between PVC walls. This structure absorbs high impacts—such as livestock leaning, kicking, or rubbing against walls—without cracking or denting like traditional drywall or plywood.
  • Corrosion & Chemical Resistance: Animal urine produces high levels of ammonia gas, which quickly rusts metal panels and corrodes organic materials. PVC is completely impervious to rust, rot, and chemical corrosion.

FRP Glassbord

  • Sealed, Non-Porous Surface: FRP Glassbord features a specialized surface protective coating that creates a smooth barrier. It prevents animal fluids, blood, urine, feces, and bodily secretions from soaking into the wall, eliminating lingering odors and bacteria buildup.
  • Resistance to Chemicals & Stains: Veterinary clinics and animal hospitals routinely use medical-grade disinfectants, iodine solutions, bleach, and enzymatic cleaners. FRP withstands these aggressive chemical treatments without staining, pitting, or breaking down.
  • Scratch & Impact Toughness: Animals—especially dogs, cats, and livestock—frequently scratch, kick, or rub against wall surfaces. FRP panels withstand heavy abrasion far better than standard drywall or paint, preventing gouges where pathogens could hide.
  • High Moisture & Water Resistance: In areas requiring routine pressure-washing or thorough hose-downs (such as kennel runs, surgical rooms, or grooming bays), FRP acts as a waterproof wall shield that guards underlying structures against water damage.

The electrical is residential grade installation.

The Customization Brochure provides additional information.

Your Step by Step Guide to Designing the Executive Estate of Your Dog's Dreams also provides materials information as well as how to order and what to expect. Learn more about the Executive Estate series in our blog series.

Q: How long does it take to build an Executive Estate kennel?

A: Standard configurations typically have a lead time of 4–8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on customization selections and current production volume. Fully custom builds may require 8–12 weeks. Our team will provide a firm timeline at the time of order.

Q: Are the kennels pre-assembled or built on-site?

A: Executive Estate kennels arrive complete assembled and ready to set in place.

Q: Is the Executive Estate suitable for year-round outdoor use?

A: Yes. All Executive Estate structures are engineered for harsh weather and year-round use in a wide range of climates. Roof pitch, overhangs, insulation packages, and ventilation systems are designed to manage temperature extremes, moisture, and UV exposure. Optional heating, cooling, and radiant floor systems make the Executive Estate comfortable for your dogs in all seasons.

Q: Can the kennel be painted or stained to match my property?

A: Absolutely. The exterior of every Executive Estate can be finished in your choice of stain, paint, or solid color to complement your home, barn, or landscape. We offer a selection of premium exterior finishes, or you may specify a custom color. Interior surfaces can also be finished to your specification. Your color options are shown in the Step‑by‑Step Guide to Designing the Executive Estate of Your Dog’s Dreams.

Q: What is the expected lifespan of an Executive Estate kennel?

A: With proper maintenance — including periodic staining or painting, hardware inspection, and drainage management — an Executive Estate kennel is designed to last 20–30 years or more. Many of our clients regard their kennels as permanent architectural additions to their property.

Q: Do Executive Estate kennels meet local building codes?

A: Our structures are designed to meet or exceed typical residential accessory structure requirements; however, local codes vary. We recommend consulting your county or municipality before installation. We can provide engineering drawings, material specifications, and other documentation to support your permit application.

Q: Can I add a second story or loft area to my kennel?

A: Loft storage areas are available on select Executive Estate configurations. At this time, we do not offer second story options.

Delivery & Site Preparation

Q: How is the Executive Estate delivered to my property?

A: Executive Estate kennels are delivered via flatbed or enclosed transport, depending on the configuration size. When your Dogominium is ready, the delivery driver will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. They arrive with specialized equipment designed to safely off-load the structure and position it precisely where you want it on your property. Clear, unobstructed access to the placement area is required so the driver can maneuver the doghouse into its final location. Someone must be present during delivery to guide placement and confirm the exact spot. If no one is available, the structure will be left in an accessible driveway or parking area.

Q: What site preparation is required before delivery?

A: Prior to delivery, the installation site should be level, cleared of vegetation, and accessible by a standard delivery vehicle. A gravel base, concrete slab, or concrete block foundation is recommended depending on your drainage conditions and regional climate. Our team will advise you on the most suitable foundation option for your site during the ordering process.

Q: Do I need a concrete slab?

A: A concrete slab is not always required, but it provides the most stable, hygienic, and long-lasting foundation. Gravel bases or compacted crushed stone are suitable alternatives in many situations. For heated kennel packages, a concrete slab is strongly recommended to support radiant floor systems. Our team will assess your specific situation and make a recommendation.

Q: How far in advance should I have my site prepared?

A: We recommend completing all site preparation at least one week before your scheduled delivery date to allow time for any final leveling or drainage adjustments. If a concrete slab is being poured, allow a minimum of 7 days of cure time before installation.

Q: What is the delivery radius for Executive Estate kennels?

A: We deliver throughout the contiguous lower 48 United States.

Q: Will the installation crew remove construction debris?

A: Yes — our installation team will remove all packaging, scrap materials, and construction debris from your property as a standard part of every installation.

Q: Can delivery be scheduled on weekends?

A: Your price is all inclusive, with no unexpected charges or last-minute add ons. The included standard shipping is provided on a shared partial flatbed load, meaning your item is on a truck with other items and is on a set schedule. Delivery timing follows the carrier's full route schedule for that shared shipment and cannot be modified.

If you need priority or accelerated delivery, we can arrange dedicated flatbed transport and provide full load expedited additional pricing upon request. Expedited full truck delivery is not included in our published price.

Q: What happens if my site is not ready on delivery day?

A: If the site is not ready upon arrival, the driver will drop the item in an available location on your property. It is the buyers responsibility to move the item after delivery.

Heating & Cooling

Q: What heating options are available for Executive Estate kennels?

A: We offer several heating solutions to keep your dogs comfortable in cold climates: The energy efficient Envi Wall Heater and a 5,000 BTU air conditioner is typically sufficient for most our Estate sizes in most climates. For large units and more extreme conditions radiant in-floor hydronic heating, wall-mounted electric panel heaters, propane or natural gas forced-air units, and infrared heat lamps are available. Radiant floor heating requires hot water system.

Q: Can I add air conditioning to my kennel?

A: Yes. 5,000 BTU air conditioner is typically sufficient for most our Estate sizes in most climates. Mini-split ductless air conditioning and heating systems are available as an add-on option and are ideal for kennels in warm or humid climates.

Q: What temperature range is the Executive Estate designed to handle without supplemental heating or cooling?

A: Without supplemental HVAC, an insulated Executive Estate kennel provides significant thermal buffering — typically maintaining interior temperatures 15–25°F warmer than ambient in winter and cooler in summer. For extreme climates, we always recommend selecting an appropriate heating or cooling option.

Electrical

Q: Does the Executive Estate require an electrical connection?

A: A 120 volt standard plug is sufficient for the smaller Estates that run a Envi Wall Heater and a 5,000 BTU air conditioner. For more power needs an electrical package with a breaker box is available and comes an installation inspection. Electrical service is required if you select any powered features — including lighting, heating, cooling, fans, automatic waterers, or security cameras. A dedicated electrical circuit run to the kennel location is the responsibility of the client and should be completed by a licensed electrician prior to installation.

Q: What electrical service is recommended?

A: Most standard Executive Estate configurations with lighting and basic climate control require a 20-amp, 120V dedicated circuit. Larger configurations with mini-split systems or radiant heat may require a 240V circuit. Your electrician should be provided with our electrical specification sheet, which we supply at the time of order.

Q: Is interior lighting included?

A: Interior lighting is available as a standard or upgraded option depending on the electrical package selected.

Q: Can I add exterior lighting to my kennel?

A: Yes.

Q: Is the wiring in the kennel conduit-protected?

A: All interior wiring is run in protective conduit to guard against moisture and chewing. Exterior connections are weatherproofed to code.

Q: Can I add security cameras to the kennel?

A: Yes. Camera-mounting points and conduit pathways for security systems can be incorporated during construction. We recommend coordinating camera installation with your security provider after the kennel structure is in place.

Feeding & Watering

Q: What automatic feeding and watering options are available?

A: Dogominium offers a range of automatic and semi-automatic feeding and watering solutions, including gravity-fed stainless-steel waterers, water bowls, nipple-style automatic waterers, and wall-mounted stainless feeding stations.

Q: Are automatic waterers included in every Executive Estate package?

A: Automatic waterers are an available add-on option. They are highly recommended for kennels where dogs may spend extended time or overnight. Plumbing access is required for automatic waterers — a frost-free water line should be run to the kennel site prior to installation in cold climates.

Q: Are the feeding stations easy to clean?

A: Yes. All Dogominium feeding and watering hardware is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel for durability and ease of sanitization. Waterer bowls and feeding stations are removable for thorough cleaning.

Q: Can I mount feeding stations at a specific height for my dog breed?

A: Absolutely. Feeding station mounting heights are fully adjustable during installation, and we can accommodate breed-specific ergonomic requirements — including elevated feeders for large or giant breeds.

Fencing & Runs

Q: What type of fencing is used for the kennel runs?

A: The Executive Estate comes with 11.5 gauge chain link. Upgrades are available including 9 or 6 guage chain link, vinyl coated chain link, or welded wire. Panel heights range from 4 to 6 feet standard, with 8-foot options available for escape-prone breeds. All panels are professionally framed and secured to prevent sagging or shifting.

Q: Are the run doors lockable?

A: Yes. All run access doors are fitted with commercial-grade latching hardware and can be configured with padlock-compatible hasps for added security.

Q: Can I connect outdoor runs to the kennel building?

A: Absolutely. Exterior run systems can be integrated directly with the kennel building structure, with covered dog doors or pass-through openings allowing your dogs to move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces at your discretion.

Q: Are the runs safe for large or powerful breeds?

A: Yes. Our heavy-gauge panel systems are specifically engineered for strength and are tested against the pressures exerted by large and powerful breeds. We offer panel upgrades — including chain-link and welded wire with smaller mesh openings — for breeds with specific containment requirements.

Q: What is the standard run width and length?

A: It varies depending on the model you order. See the floor plan for each model.

Materials & Insulation

Q: What insulation is used in the Executive Estate walls and ceiling?

A: Fiberglass batt insulation rated R-11 is standard on the Traditional model and R-13 is included in the Elite model.

Indoor dog box flooring features R-13 closed-cell spray foam insulation installed beneath the ⅝" Polyurea coated SmartFloor.

Exterior Run Decking on the outdoor section uses uninsulated poly decking over pressure-treated joists to allow for drainage and easy wash-downs. All packages include insulated walls and ceilings as standard.

Q: How does the insulation affect kennel temperature in summer and winter?

A: Quality insulation significantly buffers interior temperatures year-round — reducing heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter. Combined with appropriate ventilation or HVAC, insulation makes the kennel comfortable for your dogs with reduced energy consumption.

Q: Is the insulation safe if chewed or scratched by dogs?

A: All insulation is installed behind finished interior wall surfaces — typically concrete board, OSB, or tongue-and-groove paneling — so dogs cannot access it directly. Interior finishes are selected for chew-resistance and ease of cleaning.

Q: What exterior siding options are available?

A: Standard exterior siding options include LP SmartSide (our standard), Duratemp, board-and-batten horizontal lap siding, and cedar shiplap.  Painted and stained finishes are both available. Metal siding is also an optional upgrade.

Q: What roofing materials are used?

A: Standard roofing includes architectural 30 year asphalt shingles. Upgrades include cedar shake or metal roofing (using 29-gauge steel panels with ribbed profiles). All roofing is installed with appropriate underlayment and ventilation.

Bowsers Fabric & Care

Q: What is Bowsers, and what products does Dogominium carry from the brand?

A: Bowsers is a premier pet lifestyle brand renowned for its beautifully crafted dog beds, bolsters, and accessories, made with furniture-grade fabrics and meticulous attention to detail. Dogominium carries Bowsers' signature luxury beds, including the Donut Bed, Rectangular Bed, Square Bed, and a selection of bolster and nesting designs — all available in an extensive palette of designer fabrics.

Q: How do I care for my Bowsers bed?

A: All Bowsers beds feature removable, zippered covers for easy laundering. Machine wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild, fragrance-free detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry flat. Do not bleach. The inner cushion or bolster should be spot-cleaned only and allowed to air dry completely before replacing the cover. Regular cover washing maintains the bed's freshness and extends its life.

Q: Are Bowsers fabrics durable enough for active or large dogs?

A: Absolutely. Bowsers selects fabrics for both aesthetic appeal and performance. Many cover options are crafted from durable microfiber, faux suede, or woven upholstery-grade textiles rated for heavy use. For dogs who are particularly hard on bedding, we recommend selecting one of Bowsers' tweed or woven fabric options for maximum durability.

Q: Are Bowsers products hypoallergenic?

A: Bowsers bed fills use high-quality polyester fiber and foam certified to be free of harmful substances. While no product can be guaranteed allergen-free for all dogs, Bowsers materials are selected with pet safety in mind. If your dog has specific sensitivities, we recommend consulting your veterinarian.

Q: Can I purchase replacement covers for Bowsers beds?

A: Yes. Replacement covers for most Bowsers bed styles are available separately, allowing you to refresh the look of the bed or replace a worn cover without purchasing an entirely new bed. Contact us to inquire about availability for your specific style and size.

Q: Do Bowsers beds have waterproof liners?

A: Selected Bowsers styles include a waterproof inner liner beneath the fabric cover. We recommend choosing a waterproof liner option for puppies, senior dogs, or any dog prone to accidents. The liner is wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Q: How long should a Bowsers luxury dog bed last?

A: With regular cover washing and appropriate use, Bowsers beds are designed to provide many years of comfort and style. The premium fill materials are selected to resist compression and maintain their loft over time. Beds used on kennel runs or outdoors may experience faster wear than those kept in interior living spaces.

Luxury Dog Beds — General

Q: What makes Dogominium's luxury dog beds different from standard pet store beds?

A: Every bed in the Dogominium collection is selected for exceptional materials, craftsmanship, and design. We source from manufacturers — including Bowsers, Big Barker, and our own Dogominium private-label collection — who share our commitment to non-toxic materials, durable construction, and aesthetics worthy of a fine home. Our beds are scaled appropriately for each breed and designed to provide orthopedic support, thermal comfort, and sensory security.

Q: What size bed should I choose for my dog?

A: The ideal bed size allows your dog to stretch out fully in their preferred sleeping position with several inches of clearance. Measure your dog from nose to tail tip while sleeping in their natural position, then choose a bed at least 4–6 inches longer than that measurement. For dogs who curl to sleep, a bed matching their curled diameter with 4 inches of clearance is ideal.

Q: Do you offer orthopedic dog beds?

A: Yes. Several beds in our collection feature high-density memory foam or orthopedic foam bases certified to provide therapeutic joint support — particularly beneficial for large breeds, senior dogs, and dogs with arthritis or hip dysplasia. Product listings indicate orthopedic certification and foam density specifications.

Q: Are the beds suitable for use inside an Executive Estate kennel?

A: All Dogominium beds are sized and constructed to integrate beautifully within Executive Estate kennel suites. We recommend selecting a bed with a removable, washable cover for kennel use, and coordinating the fabric with your chosen kennel interior finish for a cohesive, curated look.

Q: Can I use the beds outdoors?

A: Most Dogominium luxury beds are designed for interior use. For covered outdoor runs or kennel verandas, we offer weather-resistant bed options constructed with quick-dry foam and UV-resistant fabric covers. Please refer to individual product listings for outdoor suitability ratings. Our outdoor and waterproof beds are recommended for the outside Executive Estate.

Ordering & Customization

Q: How do I begin the ordering process for an Executive Estate kennel?

A: Simply place your order online. You may also complete our Custom Order Form, or contact our team directly by phone 1-208-643-7931 or email sales@dogominium.com.

Q: Can I customize the layout of my kennel?

A: Every Executive Estate kennel is built after you order it and fully customizable. Floor plan layouts, run configurations, door and window placement, interior finishing, heating and cooling systems, feeding and watering equipment, and exterior aesthetics can all be specified to your exact requirements. We encourage clients to share photos of their property and home so we can design a structure that integrates beautifully.

Q: Can I choose my own paint or stain color?

A: Maybe. We can see if the paint you want is available at the factory location. Check out the colors we offer

Q: How are custom orders priced?

A: Custom orders are priced based on a detailed specification sheet developed during your design consultation. Our proposal will itemize materials, construction labor, delivery, installation, and any optional add-ons so you have complete pricing transparency before committing to an order.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

A: Generally, your Executive Estate is built as soon after you place your order as possible. Change cannot be made after your order is placed. There are no cancellations after your order is placed because your Executive Estate doggy dream is custom made for you.

Dakota 283 - General

Q: What are the crates made of?

A: Mostly Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) via a single-piece roto-molding process. Accent components (like doors) use powder-coated metal.

Q: Are the Dakota 283 crates BPA-free?

A: Yes, none of their plastic components contain BPA.

Q: What Is Dakota Guard?

A: An FDA- and EPA-approved antimicrobial additive mixed into the plastic during molding to protect against bacteria like Salmonella, E. coli, and MRSA.

Q: What testing has been done on their safety?

A: Dakota 283 performs extensive internal impact testing on their kennels. This includes drop tests (such as 25-foot drop testing) and stress testing to evaluate structural integrity and durability. Their single-piece, rotomolded polyethylene construction is designed to flex slightly upon high impact to absorb force without shattering or crushing.

Plexidor - General

Q: Can a cat and dog share the same PlexiDor?

A: Yes, cats can use up to a Large size PlexiDor alongside a dog. However, smaller pets may struggle to push open the Extra-Large panels due to the heavier spring tension.

Q: Where can PlexiDor pet doors be installed?

A: Unlike vinyl flap doors that crack or blow open, PlexiDor uses saloon-style, rigid acrylic panels lined with heavy-duty weather stripping. The spring-loaded system stays shut in winds up to 30 mph.

Q: Will the materials rust or fade?

A: No. Frame components use heavy-gauge aluminum and stainless steel hardware that won't rust or bend, backed by a baked-on finish.

Q: Does a pet door make it easier for burglars to enter?

A: Small and Medium sizes are too small for a human. For Large and Extra-Large sizes, PlexiDor includes a key-lock mechanism along with a heavy-gauge steel security plate that bolts onto the frame when you're away.

Q: Can wild animals or neighborhood pets get in?

A: Standard manual doors rely on the pet's territorial presence, but wild animals generally do not enter. For guaranteed exclusion, PlexiDor offers an Electronic PDE model that only opens when activated by a RFID collar key.

Q: How difficult is it to train a dog or cat to use it?

A: Most pets learn within a few days. Training involves propping the panels open and using treats to coax them through rather than pushing them.

Q: What is the warranty coverage?

A: Manual PlexiDor models carry a 10-year limited residential warranty, while Electronic models carry a 5-year limited warranty.

Payment Terms

Q: What are the payment terms for an Executive Estate kennel order?

A: The entire payment is made prior to beginning construction of your Executive Estate.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Affirm for monthly payments.

Q: Is financing available?

A: Yes. Dogominium has partnered with Affirm to offer structured payment plans for qualifying clients. Terms, rates, and approval are subject to the lending partner's requirements.

Q: Will I receive an invoice and receipt for my purchase?

A: Yes. A detailed invoice is provided at the time of order.

Q: Are prices subject to change?

A: Prices are confirmed at the time of order and locked in upon receipt of your deposit. Dogominium reserves the right to adjust pricing on future orders.

Shipping & Delivery (Products)

Q: How are Bowsers beds and other accessories shipped?

A: Smaller items — including Bowsers luxury beds, feeding accessories, and kennel supplies — ship via FedEx or UPS Ground with standard tracking. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of order unless they are custom made. Bowsers Pet Beds are custom made and take up to 21 days to receive. During busy months (October – December) beds may take 4 weeks to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, Dogominium ships product orders within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to accommodate international shipping for kennel structures. Please contact us if you have a specific international inquiry.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Photograph any damaged packaging or products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange prompt replacement or repair at no charge for items damaged in transit.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Free standard shipping is available on product orders, which is displayed at checkout. The included shipping is for standard shipping durations and does not include expedited shipping.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes.

Warranty & Returns

Q: What warranty does Dogominium offer on Executive Estate kennels?

A: Every Executive Estate kennel is backed by a 5-year structural warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Roofing carries a 15-year manufacturer's warranty. Heating and cooling systems are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we facilitate on your behalf. Hardware and accessories carry a 1-year warranty.

Q: What is covered — and not covered — by the structural warranty?

A: The warranty covers defects in framing, joinery, siding, roofing installation, and hardware under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from extreme weather events, improper site preparation, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or damage caused by dogs. Normal weathering, fading, and wear are not defects and are not covered.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

A: Contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. Our team will assess the claim and coordinate repair or replacement as promptly as possible. We aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 2 business days.

Q: What is your return policy for beds and accessories?

A: Bowsers Beds and Executive Estates are custom orders to your specifications and non-returnable.
