Designing your dog’s luxury home should feel exciting — not overwhelming. With Dogominium, every choice you make brings you one step closer to creating a space that reflects your dog’s lifestyle, your aesthetic, and the joy of giving them something truly extraordinary. This guide walks you through the process with clarity, confidence, and a whole lot of anticipation.

Start With Selecting Your Base Model

Choose the Perfect Size

Your dog’s comfort comes first. Use the Executive Estate Doghouse Size Guide to select the ideal footprint: 

• Small Breeds (up to 25 lbs) → 4' × 8',  6' x 8'
• Medium Breeds (25–60 lbs) → 6' × 8', 6' × 10'
• Large Breeds (60–100 lbs) → 6' x 10',  8' ×10',  8' ×12',  or  8' x 14' Double Run
• Giant Breeds (100+ lbs) → 8 x 14 Single Run
• With shed storage space → 8' x 16' includes Separate Feed Room,  8' x 18' includes 8' x 8' Storage Shed,  8' x 20' with 9' x 9.5' Storage Shed
• Lots more Storage Shed and Dog House & Kennel Combo 10' x 24'
• Need options for Whelping 9' x 12' Raised Bed

All Traditional and Elite models include poly decking on the run and a polyurea smart floor for durability and easy cleaning.

The Executive Estate interior finishing is also ideal for older dogs with urination issues.  Inside the floors have polyurea flooring. Polyurea cures into a single, continuous membrane so there are no seams, no grout, no gaps, and no porous spots. That means no urine absorption, no odor retention, no mold or mildew and no hidden bacteria colonies. For dogs with allergies, sensitive paws, or respiratory issues, this is a huge health upgrade. The decking is poly decking so similar functions.  Walls finish is Trusscore PVC with an option to add FRP Glassboard on the exterior wall facing the run. 

Trusscore PVC - Interior Wall Finish 

• Biosecurity & Hygiene: The smooth, non-porous surface of PVC prevents manure, urine, and moisture from soaking into walls. It eliminates porous breeding grounds for bacteria, mold, fungi, and viruses, helping prevent disease outbreaks.
• High-Pressure Washable: Facilities require frequent sanitation. Trusscore handles continuous power-washing and harsh disinfectants, detergents, or bleach solutions without warping, peeling, or degrading.
• Impact & Structural Resistance: Trusscore features an internal truss design sandwiched between PVC walls. This structure absorbs high impacts—such as livestock leaning, kicking, or rubbing against walls—without cracking or denting like traditional drywall or plywood.
• Corrosion & Chemical Resistance: Animal urine produces high levels of ammonia gas, which quickly rusts metal panels and corrodes organic materials. PVC is completely impervious to rust, rot, and chemical corrosion.

FRP Glassboard - Optional Finish on exterior wall facing the run

• Sealed, Non-Porous Surface: FRP Glassbord features a specialized surface protective coating that creates a smooth barrier. It prevents animal fluids, blood, urine, feces, and bodily secretions from soaking into the wall, eliminating lingering odors and bacteria buildup.
• Resistance to Chemicals & Stains: Veterinary clinics and animal hospitals routinely use medical-grade disinfectants, iodine solutions, bleach, and enzymatic cleaners. FRP withstands these aggressive chemical treatments without staining, pitting, or breaking down.
• Scratch & Impact Toughness: Animals—especially dogs, cats, and livestock—frequently scratch, kick, or rub against wall surfaces. FRP panels withstand heavy abrasion far better than standard drywall or paint, preventing gouges where pathogens could hide.
• High Moisture & Water Resistance: In areas requiring routine pressure-washing or thorough hose-downs (such as kennel runs, surgical rooms, or grooming bays), FRP acts as a waterproof wall shield that guards underlying structures against water damage.

• Self‑watering system
• Additional windows and shutters
• Any other upgrades available on the product page

4)    Checkout in the Dogominium store.

We will reach out to you to ensure there were no mistakes on the order to ensure when the building begins, it is exactly how you want it. 

Choices you will make.

Choose the color of your siding and paint or stain.

Choose your roof. (Shingles or Metal Upgrade)

The metal swatch is applicable to the roof and metal siding upgrade option. 

Choose your dog door. 

Choose Cupola or Weathervane 

Select Your Lighting, Heating, Cooling Options 

The Electrical Package must be selected if you want Lighting, Heating, Cooling, etc. 

Select ventilation options.

Select self watering.

 

Select more windows and shutters.

After You Checkout

Once your order is placed:

1. We obtain your anticipated delivery window.
2. We contact you to confirm every customization before construction begins. 
3. Upon your approval, production begins on your one‑of‑a‑kind Executive Estate.

Any size can be ordered with dividers and additional dog doors to make separate quarters. The doghouse is made to order based on all of your customizations.
