At Dogominium operated by Giles Gems Publishing, LLC we provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. We offer free shipping to your door in the lower 48 continental US states.
This policy explains how we ship orders placed on Dogominium.com.

Delivery time unless specified on individual product page 3 to 14 business days total unless otherwise specified. For examples Bowsers Pet Products may take up to 3 weeks as shown on the product pages
- Some products are custom made and delivery is extended. Delivery for custom made products will be noted on product pages and are expect to extend beyond 3 weeks. Large custom order dog houses can take longer. If custom doghouse orders extend beyond 3 weeks, you will be notified of delivery time upon order to ensure extended delivery times are acceptable to you prior payment processing.

2. Shipping Destinations
United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the lower 48 United States
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery

3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping Free on all eligible orders shipped within the United States unless specified on the individual product page.
All shipping costs are shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us. Local taxes at checkout still apply when required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is 3 to 14 business days from the time you place your order unless explicitly expressed on product page. Many of the items in the Dogominium show room are custom made. Custom made items have a longer delivery time and will be noted on individual items. This total includes our handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
If an item needs extra time, the product page will show a note. That note will override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size.
Large items like the Executive Estate Doghouses and Luxury Furniture cares require capacity that USPS, UPS, FedEx, do not offer. We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure your Dogominium products arrive safely and efficiently. All shipping is free, and the carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order.
Our Executive Estate dog houses, large kennels, and oversized furniture pieces ship via LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) freight due to their size and weight. We work with reputable national freight carriers known for reliability and careful handling, including but not limited to:
- Old Dominion Freight Line
- R+L Carriers
- Estes Express Lines
- FedEx Freight
- UPS Freight
Regional carriers as needed based on destination
- LTL shipments include:
- Free residential delivery
- Appointment scheduling
- Liftgate service when required
- Curbside delivery (with optional in‑yard placement or assembly when available)
Because these items are large and palletized, transit times may vary slightly from standard parcel shipments. You’ll receive tracking information and delivery coordination directly from the carrier.
Shipment tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Insurance
Shipments are insured against loss or damage. Contact us if there is an issue.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or lost packages
If your delivery exceeds the 3 to 14 business day window, email us at support@dogominium.com or call 1-208-643-7930.
Marked delivered but not received
- Confirm your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us so we can assist with a trace
Damaged packages
- Photograph the packaging and the item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your package arrives damaged at support@dogominium.com
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will send the missing item or issue a refund.
9. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom orders (e.g. Executive Estate Series Dog Homes) items are not be returnable. See our full Return Policy for details.
10. Address Accuracy
Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.
If a package returns to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and applicable reship fees.
