Price Match Guarantee Policy

Our Commitment

At Dogominium, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. If you find an identical item offered at a lower price by an authorized competitor, we will gladly match that price or refund you the difference.

Qualifications for Price Matching

• Identical Product — The item must be brand new and an exact match in brand, model, size, color, fabric, and specifications.  
  
• Authorized Retailer — The competitor must be an authorized online retailer for the brand.
  
  • Excludes: auction sites, liquidators, unauthorized sellers, marketplace listings (eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace), and Amazon Warehouse/third party deals.  
    
• Proof of Pricing — A live website link or active digital advertisement showing the competitor’s current advertised price is required at the time of the request.  
  
• In Stock Requirement — The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of the price match request.  
  
• Currency & Region — Price matches apply only to U.S. retailers and USD pricing.  

How to Request a Price Match

Before Purchasing

  Email support@dogominium.com with the competitor link and product details. Once verified, we will issue a custom discount code reflecting the matched price.

After Purchasing

If you find a lower price within 14 days of your purchase:

• Email your order number
  
• Include proof of the lower price

We will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exclusions

To protect product integrity and brand standards, the following are not eligible:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or flash sale pricing
  
• Bundles, gift-with-purchase promotions, or membership-only pricing (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club)
  
• Pricing errors or misprint
  
• Customizations, add-ons, or limited-edition variations
  
• Shipping, tax, or handling fee differences

Additional Notes

• One price match per item is permitted.
  
• Coupons, promo codes, or loyalty discounts cannot be combined with a price match unless explicitly approved.
  
• Dogominium reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and determine eligibility.
