Size
Fill content BOLSTER: High Memory Polyester Fiber Fill; CENTRE CUSHION (attached): Polyester Fiber
Outer: Unzip outer cover and remove bolster. Note: bottom tufted cushion is attached and can be washed as is with cover.
Wash Cover/Cushion: Rezip cover and wash on cool setting, tumble dry low heat.
Bolster: Hand wash only; (replacements available).

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest standard of quality.
If you have a concern with any of our products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please include an explanation and specify product, along with images of the potential defect or issue.
In the event that a defect has been confirmed after review by our Quality Assurance team, a refund, replacement item or suitable substitute will be provided.
Please allow 14 business days to process any approved refunds.
Please note: although Bowsers pet beds are made with the highest quality and strength upholstery fabrics, we cannot warranty beds that have been damaged due to chewing.
Shipping
Ships via UPS Ground to the Contiguous United States.
For crates, please allow 10 – 14 days from order date to receive your order. This lead time may change during peak periods from October to December.
Beds and fabric items are made to order. Expect up to 21 days from time of order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your invoice, and UPS tracking information.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking to show activity.
