That said, our framed-door kennel products cannot contain every dog. We recognize that some breeds and individual dogs may be beyond the containment capabilities of our products.
While we have had great success kenneling aggressive dogs, we do not claim that our products can contain every dog. A very aggressive Belgian Malinois, for example, may require a higher level of containment.
Dog owners know their dogs best and should make the final determination regarding the appropriate use of any product or kennel. We are continually working on additional products and upgraded designs that provide a higher degree of containment for aggressive breeds.

Dakota 283 products are exceptionally durable and, with proper care, can provide many years of use for you and your pet. The Dakota 283 product warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, alteration of the product, improper use, improper installation, normal wear and tear, chewing, or other damage caused by your pet.
Dakota 283 acknowledges that some dogs should not be crated. We do not guarantee the containment of overly aggressive dogs. Knowing your pet’s personality, providing proper crate training, and supervising your pet appropriately while using our products will help ensure that your Dakota 283 product lasts and provides years of Unparalleled Pet Protection.

Returns
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, a refund or exchange for the same item will be provided. Products received with damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect and test your product upon delivery, as not all damage may be immediately visible.
Undamaged purchases in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
