Orders are shipped via UPS Ground to your home within the contiguous United States. If an item is received damaged or defective, it will be replaced at no additional cost.

Returns based solely on personal preference or a change of mind are accepted with a 30% restocking fee to cover handling and restocking costs.

For crates, please allow 10–14 days from the order date to receive your order. This lead time may be extended during peak periods from October through December.

Beds and fabric items are made to order. Please allow up to 21 days from the date of your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your invoice and UPS tracking information.

Bowsers ships via UPS Ground throughout Canada and the contiguous United States.

All Bowsers beds and accessories are individually made to order in our North American facilities. Delivery typically takes 14–21 days but may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that lead times may be extended during peak periods from October through December.

Packaging and Delivery

To preserve the structure and quality of our products, all items are shipped fully assembled and are never vacuum-packed (excluding our Crates and Yugen Lounger). Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate boxes.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your invoice and UPS tracking number.
