Dakota 283 crates are made from military grad materials molded from medium density polyethylene resin, a tough, impact resistant plastic known for its strength and durability. They are impact resistant because of high density polyethylene resin, are one piece molded for strength, have reinforced frames and locks, and are built to withstand the rigors of travel, training, and outdoor use. The stainless steel lock and latch mechanism not only keeps pets secure but also contributes to the crate’s durability by using corrosion resistant, high strength components. With that said, our framed door kennel products can not contain ALL dogs. We expect that there are some breeds and or pets that are beyond containment with our products. While we have had great success in kenneling aggressive dogs, we are not claiming that we can contain every dog. A good example would be a very aggressive Belgian Malinois. Dog owners know their dogs intimately and should be the person that makes the final determination regarding the use of any product or kennel. We are regularly working on additional products and upgraded designs that will give a higher degree of containment for aggressive breeds. Dakota 283 products are exceptionally durable and with proper care will provide many years of use for you and your pet. The Dakota 283 product warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or alteration of the product, not using the product as intended, improper installation, wear and tear, and chewing or damage caused by your pet. Dakota 283 acknowledges that some dogs should not be crated. We do not guarantee the containment of overly aggressive dogs. Returns
If an incorrect product or an item is received or the item is that is damaged or defective, a refund or exchange (same item only) will be provide. Products received damaged or with missing parts or items must be reported within 7-days. Please inspect and test your product upon delivery as not all damage may be immediately visible.
Undamaged purchases in original packaging may be returned 30-days for a refund. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
