Fill content BOLSTERS: High Memory Polyester Fiber; TUFTED CENTRE CUSHION: Polyester Fiber Fill.
• Outer: Unzip the cover and remove the bolsters. Rezip the cover and wash on a cool setting. Tumble dry, low heat.
• Inner Cushion: Machine wash and dry as is on cool setting. Tufting prevents fiber from shifting or clumping. Tumble dry, low heat.
• Outer Bolsters: Hand wash only; (replacements available).
Bowsers will provide refund or replacement for any manufacturer defects or incorrectly shipped items.

In the event that a defect has been confirmed after review by our Quality Assurance team, a refund, replacement item or suitable substitute will be provided.

Please note: although Bowsers pet beds are made with the highest quality and strength upholstery fabrics, we cannot warranty beds that have been damaged due to chewing.
Shipping
Ships via UPS Ground to the Contiguous United States to your home. For items received that are defective or are damaged, Bowsers will be replaced at no additional cost. Returns based solely on preference or a change of mind are accepted with a 30% restocking fee to cover handling and restocking.
For crates, please allow 10 – 14 days from order date to receive your order. This lead time may change during peak periods from October to December.
Beds and fabric items are made to order. Expect up to 21 days from time of order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your invoice, and UPS tracking information.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking to show activity.
Bowsers ships via UPS Ground throughout Canada and the contiguous United States.
All Bowsers beds and accessories are individually made to order in our North American facilities. Delivery time is typically 14 - 21 days however may be up to 4 weeks for delivery. Note: Lead times may be extended during peak periods from October to December.
To preserve the structure and quality of our products, all items are shipped fully assembled and never vacuum-packed (excluding our Crates & Yugen Lounger). Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate boxes.
