Shipping

Shipping for Dog Crate Furniture is free of charge to your door within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Your price is all-inclusive, with no unexpected charges or last-minute add-ons. Standard shipping is provided on a shared partial-flatbed load, and delivery timing follows the carrier’s full route schedule for that shared shipment.

If you need priority or accelerated delivery, we can arrange dedicated flatbed transport and provide full-load expedited pricing upon request. Expedited full-truck delivery is not included in our published price.

White Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery is a premium service designed to give customers a seamless, stress-free experience from the moment their order arrives. You don’t have to lift a finger when your piece arrives. Instead of dropping your crate furniture at your doorstep, a professional team brings it directly into your home, places it exactly where you want it, handles any setup or positioning, and removes all packaging so your space stays clean.

Because this is a heavy, premium, handcrafted piece, white-glove service helps ensure it is carried safely, protected from damage during placement, and handled with the same level of care that went into building it.

Delivery Coordination and Placement

The delivery driver will contact you to schedule a delivery time. The delivery team arrives with specialized equipment designed to safely offload the furniture and place it precisely where you want it.

Clear access to the placement area is required. Someone must be home during delivery to guide placement and confirm the final location. If no one is available, the item will be left in an accessible driveway or parking area.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery ranges from two weeks to three months.
